Graidable with Feide
Last updated 08.10.2026. This page is for schools, school owners and Feide administrators in Norway who are considering Graidable, and for teachers who sign in with Feide. Feide is the national login for Norwegian education.
1. Graidable in short
Graidable helps teachers assess tests and assignments. The teacher uploads the students' answers and the assessment criteria. Graidable reads the answers, including handwritten ones, and suggests an assessment for each criterion, with a reference to the place in the answer that the suggestion is based on. The teacher reads through, corrects and approves. The teacher always sets the assessment.
2. How a school gets started
- Switch Graidable on in Feide. The Feide administrator at the school or the school owner activates the service "Graidable" in Feide's customer portal. Until then, nobody at the school can sign in with Feide.
- Sign a data processing agreement. The school is the controller of the students' work, and Graidable is the processor. The data processing agreement is ready as a template, and we are happy to sign the school owner's own template instead.
- Teachers sign in. Teachers go to graidable.com/login and choose "Continue with Feide". The first time, the teacher accepts the terms and answers a few questions.
A teacher who already has a Graidable account links Feide to it under Account → Sign-in → Link Feide. The classes and results then stay on the same account.
3. Who can sign in
Staff: teachers, lecturers and other employees. Students at universities and colleges can sign in too, for example teaching assistants who grade. Pupils in primary and secondary school are not let in. They are told that Graidable is for teachers, and no account is created. Graidable decides this from the affiliation and the type of organisation that Feide reports.
Students do not use Graidable. They get the feedback from the teacher, the way the teacher chooses to share it.
4. What Graidable gets from Feide
| Information | What it is used for | Stored by Graidable |
|---|---|---|
| User ID (a random ID from Feide) | Recognising the account at the next sign-in | Yes |
| Name | Shown in the app and on the account | Yes |
| Email address | The account, and email about the account | Yes |
| Affiliation (staff, student or pupil) and type of organisation | Letting in staff and students in higher education, not pupils | No |
| The name of the school or organisation | Filling in the school on the teacher's profile | Yes, the name |
Graidable does not get class lists, groups, national identity numbers, Feide usernames or photos from Feide. Feide gives us no information about students.
Feide does not verify email addresses. A new teacher therefore gets one email from us with a link to confirm the address. Sign-in does not wait for it.
5. Signing out
When the teacher signs out of Graidable, the teacher is signed out of Feide too. This keeps the next person at a shared computer from getting straight in.
6. Students' work and privacy
Signing in with Feide concerns the teacher only. Students' answers enter Graidable when the teacher uploads them. What happens to them, who processes them and where is in the privacy policy and on the page for school owners. See also the accessibility statement.
7. Price and contact
Setting up, reading the answers and reviewing are free. The school pays per student assessed with AI. See the prices. For schools and school owners, the price and invoicing are agreed directly.
